Post World War II, Mr. Jan Chao Bin began his career as craftsman in industrial machinery parts, providing the domestic market with reliable and high quality handcrafted customized parts.
Chong Ying Industrial Company Limited founded as the primary commerce window with the aim to enter the global industrial machinery market.
Becoming the exclusive distributor for the Chinese region of Korean Orange™ Needles, Chong Ying fulfilled the industrial needs for the rapidly expanding sewing machine market and boosted sales in machinery parts.
As manufacturing and automation technologies advanced, tooling and CNC machining parts were added to our business portfolio.
Our sales team was awarded highest recognition of regional seller from ORANGE™ Needles.
Launched a solution house and design house program to integrate manufacturing technology and design solutions in order to provide OEM / ODM parts production, and rapid prototyping services.
Began 3D printing service as an additional to rapid prototyping service. Direct-metal-laser-sintering (DMLS) was also available for special projects.
Further enhanced mass production processes to cope with modern parts designs. Processes include: precision CNC machining, precision die casting, precision stamping, plastic injection molding, and metal injection molding.
Attended Hannover Messe 2018. Our first overseas exhibition, focusing on rapid prototyping, precision CNC machining, precision die casting, OEM / ODM parts production, and product designs.
