Material Integration

We offer an incredibly wide range of materials to cope all varieties of projects. Our team can advise on the most ideal material choices based on our past experiences to meet clients’ aesthetic and functionality needs. Materials include, but are not limited to:

- Composites
plastics, ceramics, fibers, polymers
-Natural resources
wood, bamboo, marble slab, organic materials
-Metals
ferrous, non-ferrous, alloys, precious metals

Precision Machining

Our specialization is computer numeric control (CNC) precision manufacturing. Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art CNC machines, producing a range of products, from simple parts to complex tooling. When used to fabricate tools for die casting and electrodes for electrical discharge machining, micron-level precision and accuracy are needed.

Precision Die Casting

To achieve consistent quality in mass production, successful die casting outcomes require tools to be robust, deliberately fabricated, and have exceptional tooling design. Whether we are designing from the ground up or upgrading an existing progress, our tooling designers work hard to produce the best mold architecture possible. Sometimes secondary processing can be eliminated with innovative mold designs. Our team is always looking for ways to reduce unit cost and production time for our clients. From fine grinding, EDM / wire EDM, to micron-level machining, all processes are carried out and inspected in-house for accuracy. This will ultimately ensure the final results lead to customer satisfaction.

3D Printing

Some products, like caged-in geometries or projects with limited timeframes, require alternative production processes. By using the latest 3D printing technologies, our team is able to deliver samples or small quantities overnight (even same-day, depending on design complexity). With a flexible project that requires further refinement, 3D printing provides our engineers and designers much more freedom to adjust designs before deploying to mass production.

Secondary Processing

For mass production projects, some features are added during the secondary production stage. Specific features requiring material removal, such as inner and hard-to-form outer threads, drilled holes, knurling, patterns, engravings, grinding, gate vestige/flash/ overflow/parting lines removal, are applied to ensure the final product and dimensions are within clients’ requests. Assembly process is also available on demand.

Surface Finishing

Surface finishing is critical to parts and products that require appealing cosmetic finishes. At both the design and manufacture levels, our team is able to provide suggestions and alternative solutions to boost surface finishing quality with consideration to cost. With outstanding surface finishing, value is added to any product. In-house sandblasting, barrel/rack plating, and spray painting are also available.

Material Integration

We offer incredibly wide range of materials for all manufacturing projects. Our team is also able to identify and recommend suitable material choices based on our past experiences.

Projects can be built ranging from plastics, ferrous metal, non-ferrous metal, ceramics, fibers, polymers, wood, and even to natural composites such as: bamboo, marble slab, and etc.

Precision Machining

At Chong Ying Industrial, we specialize in computer numeric control (CNC) manufacturing. Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art computer numeric controlled machines, extreme complex geometries are no longer unfeasible. Products can range from simple parts machining to complex tooling that require ultimate precision and accuracy. Our work often exceeds clients’ request in terms of accuracy, cosmetic, and/or lead time.

CNC machining is also used for tooling purpose. Both parts production and tooling are on par in terms of micron level precision.

Precision Die Casting

For clients with mass production needs, a few manufacturing options are available to cope with our superior tooling technology. From miniature stamping, precision die casting, sophisticated metal injection molding, to plastic injection molding, all qualities are paired along with our ultimate tooling design and manufacturing capabilities. We understand, to achieve consistent quality in mass production, tool must be robust and well fabricated. Machinist and tool designers at Chong Ying thus are continuously improving their skills to elevate our tooling capabilities. For communications, our sales team also has great knowledge to effectively deliver every request from our clients to our shop floor. From fine grinding, machining, EDM / wire EDM, to surface precision tuning, all processes are monitored and inspected in-house for absolute accuracy. This will ultimately ensure the final tooling will be the best possible results.

Secondary Processing

For mass production projects, sometimes certain features cannot be formed during initial production stage, features such as: inner threads, holes, knurling, patterns and etc. Other times wehn redundant material is needed to be removed, such as: gate vestige, flash, overflow vestige, parting lines, and etc. Secondary processing is there to ensure final outcome and dimensions are within clients’ requests.

Surface finishing is rather critical to parts and products that require appealing cosmetics. With outstanding surface finishing, value is vastly added.

From both designer’s and manufacturer’s perspective, our team is able to provide suggestions and alternative solutions to boost surface finishing quality with consideration to cost.
